This is a picture of Glen Falls that was taken on September 30, 2000. As a boy, I remember climbing down the rocks on the left bank and walking under the Glen Avenue Bridge to fish. The area to the right was once the home of the Glen Amusement Park, which burned in several spectacular fires in the early 1970s. The park lay in ruins for several years until the Town converted it into the current natural park, which is great to walk around in at any time of year.
