The most famous landmark in Williamsville, it was built in 1811 by Jonas Williams, and continues to operate in the capacity of a cider mill (the old grist wheel is on display on the front porch).
My favorite apple cider is the early batch, pressed in September, which has a great, tart taste. The later batches, October and onward, have a more diverse mix of apples which give a sweeter, denser cider, and are delicious also. They use UV pasteurizing, so the taste isn't altered as it can be with heat pasteurization. While you're there, you can browse through their gift shop, watch a working bee hive, and purchase various grains for bread-making. They also have a good supply of wild bird seed and pet foods.
The building in the right foreground is Sweet Jenny's, a candy store, and the building just down the road, with the chairs and tables in front of it, is Jenny's Ice Cream, both of which are fine places to visit.
