- You have ever gotten frostbitten and sunburned in the same week.

- You bake with "soda" and drink "pop".
- You can hold an entire conversation on the best place to go for wings.
- You not only know what the terms "snowbelt" and "lake effect snow" mean,
you use them on a daily basis.
- You save the Genny Cream Ale for special occasions.
- You live within 5 miles of a bowling alley.
- You have used the term "dupa".
- You never put your winter jacket away for the summer.
- Not only do you know what it is, but you look forward to Dingus Day.
- You leave the ski lift tickets on your jacket year-round.
- You think nothing of crossing an international border for Chinese food.
- You know Canada is west of here, not north.
- You can go to Allentown or Kaisertown but you can't go Uptown.
- There is no East Seneca, West Aurora, or South Tonawanda.
- You know how to spell "SCAJAQUADA" from memory.
- You have as many Canadian coins in your pocket as US ones.
- You define Summer as 3 months of bad sledding.
- "Gridlock" means driving home from a football game.
- 4 inches of snow just means having to brush off the windshield before
going to work.
- You wince when someone uses the abbreviation "OJ".
- "Rapid Transit" means making all the lights green.
- You think of football, not mail, when you hear the word "bills".
